Did someone not inform Justin Bieber that he signed up to be famous? Nobody forced him to make youtube videos and then put out a cd. Isn’t he constantly bandying on about how that was ‘his dream’ and how happy he is that he gets to live it? Newsflash: you don’t get to pick and choose your moments of being famous, it’s a commitment. If you want to be famous to take the good parts and the bad parts and suck it up because ‘it’s your dream.’ I get that it’s probably irritating to be followed around. I, however, don’t have this problem. I enjoy being followed and people follow me because they fear my angry wrath. Win, win. It’s not as though I’m going to suddenly be like ‘guys, come on, just one day where you don’t ask me what my evil bidding is, I just need a break.’ Of course there will be people who argue that he deserves a normal childhood. That nobody should have their privacy invaded when they’re trying to have a religious moment. Tell that to all the people who are dying for their religious beliefs. The ones who are, as you read this, being hunted down and killed. Now compare that to a pop star who is pissy because he some people took his picture when he didn’t want them to. Are they out of line sometimes? Yes. Is that part of the job? Yes. Deal. It’s not just Bieber who does this. It’s most of them.The paparazzi are their best friends when they have something that they want to promote. In those cases they can’t be more excited to see them. They’re happy to pose for the pictures at whatever location or with whomever will get them the most attention. Then they all of a sudden become irate when their privacy is invaded when they don’t want them there. YOU SIGNED UP FOR THIS. This is part of the job. If you don’t like it, quit. Go become irrelevant faster than you would have and live in some country town where people won’t bother you. Otherwise, shut your mouths. You’re whining about the very thing that other people would kill for. Not myself of course, I kill for way better things…. like fun. Anyway, my point is that having someone be all ‘poor me, I just want to be normal’ is preposterous. No you do not want to be normal, shut up. If you wanted to be normal then you’d be normal. You’d give it up. What you WANT is to be famous and have only the positives with none of the negatives. Suck it up cupcake and deal. While life is full of magic isn’t NOT your own magical world.
Oh, while I’m at it. Can I just mention that there is absolutely no point in creating a trending topic to tell the paparazzi to leave someone alone. What are these magical powers of coercion that people think trending topics have? They aren’t an imperius curse, they don’t make things happen. It’s a trend on twitter. Get over yourselves.

I get the religion-is-important thing, but Britney Spears had cameras flashing in her face when she was having a breakdown on a sidewalk, when she was getting wheeled into an ambulance, when she attacked a car with an umbrella. These things come part and parcel. Even the most private of celebs have pap photos out there. He could have written something like “Shame I didn’t get to have an uninterrupted visit to Isreal, but thankful I got to do it!” and it would’ve been a whole different story.

I’d be more supportive of Bieber, but it’s not like he even tried to maintain privacy upon becoming famous like some celebs do. He threw himself into them and loved it. You don’t get to pick and choose that crap.

You know, there is a difference between “being jealous” of Justin Bieber and not finding the actions of a prepubescent boy to be commendable.
